Thanksgiving outreach to the homeless of Las Vegas.
An estimated 800 homeless received thanksgiving dinner and services such as hair cuts, medical care, dental care, legal and social services, phone and computer services and even a play area for children.  Glory to God!

El Salvador Missions Trip in November, 2008.

A team of men from CCSV was sent out to Cedar Rapids, Iowa to assist in the flood relief effort.  The basic duties of the team was to “muck and gut” homes which involved stripping the house down to the studs by removing flooring, drywall, plaster, and cleaning out the basements.

Missions trip to El Salvador.  The team was able to minister to La Angostura by conducting an outreach at a local park, evangelizing downtown, providing haircuts to children and visiting a local children’s hospital.

Arise ‘08 easter celebration held at the Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A group from CCSV were able to serve at a sleeping bag outreach for the homeless at Calvary Downtown Outreach.
